The shipments, but others agreements, will be carried out to average conveyors chosen by YEBRA or its delegate. In this case, and only when the shipping costs are at customer’s expense, the goods travel to our risk. In case of robbery
/loss YEBRA is engaged to send a new product and, if the same one is not available and/or exausted, will suggest a different product, with equivalent characteristics.
If the carrier is defined by the customer, YEBRA will not be responsible of the loss and/or damage of the product.
The delivery time, which could suffer variations because of traffic conditions or Authorities actions, can vary from 2 to 5 days from the date the order is shipped out (orders are normally shipped 20 days after being received, because each product is handmade and costumized).
